Major League Baseball Betting (MLB)

Major League Baseball betting is something that should be taken seriously and if you aren't sure what you are doing you could lose a lot of money. There are two ways to go about betting on major league baseball.

Money Line Betting

The scoring in major league baseball isn't high enough to warrant a large spread for bettors, so the money line baseball bets give betters win/loss scenarios. For those of you who aren't familiar with what the money line spread is let me explain. The sports handicappers at the betting kings encourage our bettors to spend/win a minimum of $100 per so keep that in mind for future reference.

The money line spread looks something like this:

Yankees +1.10
Boston -1.10

Sometimes in a money line spread the decimals are left off so in that scenario the lines would look like this:

Yankees +110
Boston -110

Here are the sports betting how to's for winning that $100:

If you want to win $100 betting on the Yankees you would have to bet $110. If the Yankees win the game you win $100 if they lose the game you lose then entire $110. If you bet $100 on Boston and they win the game you pocket $110 and if they lose you lose your $100.

Run Line Betting

The run line is similar to how you are used to betting, it has lines but they are much smaller than other sports since the scoring in major league baseball isn't as high as say an NBA Basketball game. In this run line betting scenario:

Yankees -1 1/2 +100 on the RUN line.
If you bet $100 the Yankees would have to win by 2 for you to win $100.
